The Stories We Share: A Workshop for Women Affected by Domestic Violence

This workshop is free and open to women who sign up through WCA or UNO’s Gender and Sexuality Resource Center. This will be a safe space designed to allow women to examine trauma through the lens of ekphrasis, engaging with the work of Holocaust Survivor Samuel Bak. We will interact with the Flight & Hope exhibit, considering the images that resonate with us in this space, and explore our own experiences as survivors through generative writing activities.
